By using the Services, the User hereby agrees that Hologic may use the Information to send promotional material and marketing related material, and to the extent We use the Information to conduct marketing activities, the User will also be provided with an option to opt-out of receiving such communication. However, on choosing to opt-out, the User may not receive certain communication regarding the Services.
